NudgeU provides an AI-powered receptionist platform that enables businesses to automatically respond to missed calls and web form inquiries via SMS and web chat. Responses are generated using artificial intelligence and are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
Business owners using NudgeU to send SMS messages are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from recipients and comply with all applicable telecommunications laws including the TCPA and carrier requirements. NudgeU is not liable for SMS messages sent through the platform.
Responses generated by NudgeU's AI are automated and may not always be accurate. NudgeU makes no warranty that AI responses are correct, complete, or appropriate for any particular situation. Businesses and end users should not rely solely on AI-generated responses for important decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NudgeU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in a manner that harms others.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
