NudgeU ("we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered receptionist platform that helps businesses capture and respond to leads via web forms and SMS messaging. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with a business using NudgeU.
Information We Collect
- Contact information: Name, email address, and phone number provided through web forms or SMS conversations.
- Conversation content: Messages exchanged with the AI receptionist, including any photos or files you share.
- Call metadata: When a missed call triggers an SMS, we record the calling phone number and the time of contact.
- Account information: For business owners, we collect name, email address, and business details.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries through AI-generated messages.
- To route your contact information to the appropriate business for follow-up.
- To send SMS messages in response to your call or form submission.
- To maintain conversation history so the business can follow up effectively.
SMS Messaging
By calling a business that uses NudgeU or submitting a contact form, you may receive SMS messages from that business's NudgeU number. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from further messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- We do not sell your phone number or use it for marketing unrelated to your inquiry.
Third-Party Services
NudgeU uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Anthropic (Claude): AI processing of conversation messages.
- Telnyx: SMS delivery and phone number management.
- Resend: Email notifications to business owners.
- Neon / Vercel: Database storage and application hosting.
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
Data Retention
Conversation data and contact information is retained as long as the associated business account remains active. Business owners may delete lead data from their dashboard at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting the business you interacted with, or by emailing us at privacy@nudgeu.app.
